FAQ's for Kids!

Santa has been doing this for thousands of years! He has several ways! Usually, Santa and his elves sprinkle a magic dust that makes a chimney grow out of your roof! Once he has placed all his presents and filled the stockings, Santa and his elves quickly climb up the chimney and with a quick snap, it all disappears! It's so cool to watch!

Santa uses all the latest technology to find your house! We have a whole unit of elves that track whenever somebody moves. If we aren't sure where you are, we may secretly call your parents. Santa always find his children on Christmas eve!

We feed the reindeer "snow corn". It's incredibly rare and only grows in the North Pole Village! And yes, elves need to have a license to fly a reindeer.

Santa absolutely loves milk and cookies, how else do you think he got so jolly? Santa will eat whatever you leave out for him on Christmas eve! The elves also love milk and cookies, but also love different sodas, candy, or anything sweet and sugary!

Venison (reindeer) burgers!

Yes, he does! He is incredibly smart. Whenever a new language is created, Santa goes and learns it. He wants to be able to talk to all of his children!

There are hundreds of jobs! Many elves are needed to work in the workshop making everything from Legos to iPhones. Some elves help Mrs. Claus in her kitchen, some help train and groom the reindeer, and some are Santa's personal beard trimmers. There are some weirder jobs up there as well: professional penguin cuddlers, polar bear cowboys, ice skating pyrotechnics coordinators, and more. The best job you can have at the North Pole is to be a part of E.L.F. (Elite Lookout Force). These elves are specially trained to go out and see which kids are naughty and which kids are nice. Silver and Belle are very honored to be a part of this!

Santa is very fast! He has 8 reindeer (9 if Rudolph joins) that travel at magical speeds.. The different time zones also help, but we really rely on Santa's magic. Santa is very rarely late!

Santa is as real as hope and love. He is real to all those who believe in him. 

It's a nice place to be free from any distractions!

Absolutely! Reindeer food is super easy to make!

You Need:

A cup of oats

1 Teaspoon of Sugar Cookie Sprinkles

Optional: A sliced up carrot

Mix all these ingredients and sprinkle it on your lawn. It will guide reindeer directly to your house! 

We see this in movies a lot. Kids are always trying to catch Santa. The problem is, we are on a very tight present delivery schedule. Just one kid catching Santa could throw us off schedule. So if we hear a kid coming, Santa has us magically disappear to hide. But then, we won't leave presents. That's why we try to wait until you're asleep!
